Cleverly rebranded, this bar is seriously in danger of putting Clapham North on the map. Since its brassy Manhattan brew-pub style makeover - high-backed leather booth seating, copper pendant lights, exposed brickwork, Wonder Woman on the plasma screens - it's almost been a victim of its own success, filling up fast every night with the kind of punters who linger over two glasses of wine. The beer choice is rudimentary but there are three healthy shelves of premium spirits and extensive wine and cocktail lists. Sunday sessions offer chilled music, lazy brunches and horizontal lounging.
