If location, location, location was a landlords' mantra rather than an estate agents', the Warwick would be in deep trouble - stuck on a god-awful stretch of road whose main point of interest is a branch of Homebase. Thankfully, it's considerably better than it needs to be given the lack of competing attractions. The brick interior is lit by nice old lights and decorated with a cornucopia of vintage knick-knacks and nicely burnished old wooden tables. Being a Fuller's pub, the pints themselves are good - London Pride, ESB, plus Adnams - as is the array of whiskies on proud display at the tiny bar. Wednesday nights offer 'Beat The Dice' (throw two sixes for an evening of free booze), but most evenings this is just a welcome spot surrounded by grimness.
