An engagingly mixed up beast, this poky late-night bar/club has the trademarks of a trendsters' hangout and the atmosphere of a student union. This means you get intimate wooden booths, hip but dancefloor-orientated tunes from the DJs, a pool table during the day and a lot of crazed dancing as night rolls on. While the ground floor is essentially a late-night boogie den - there's no entry fee and it fills up pretty promptly with Staropramen and Guinness-toting young punters after 11pm - the small upstairs room can be hired out and hosts live music of a rocking bent later in the week.
