Just as Old Street was earning a place on the world's map of cool, this club opened in 1995 to add a healthy dash of knowing cheesiness. Famous as the club with the pool, it also has a bubble-icious jacuzzi (take swimming togs if you like a bit of splish-splash with your disco dancing); its long-running cheese'n'funk fest, Carwash, is another well-known attraction. Hedonistic electro and deep house after-parties like Insomnia and Red Light kick off in the early morning hours, and the large tiered roof terrace is the place at which to have your all-day party come the summer.
