Amuse Bouche
Parsons Green has a busy new place dedicated to good-quality fizz. Wealthy bankers and smart women splash out at will in this calmly modern venue. And Amuse Bouche has an advantage over those central London hotel bars forced to list wines from one sponsoring champagne house alone. It has 30 different kinds, from the crisply dry Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut to the sweet Louis Roederer Rich. Some smaller growers could be included along with Larmandier-Bernier, and it’s a shame that a medium-sized house, Ruinart, has been dropped. But the fizz comes at the right temperature (cold but not freezing), with plenty of bubbles and acidity plus elegance in the case of Pol Roger White Label. Some will be put off by the braying customers, but you can’t ignore one of the best places in town dedicated to champagne.

Fantastic place to drink some bubbly - great prices for decent bottles... go with mates or to flirt up the well dressed clientele. Not the best place for a date on a weekend night as it gets quite crowded but maybe to stop by for a glass?
