Time Out says Rate it
Everything screams for attention at the Haymarket Hotel's bright, almost brash bar, though the kaleidoscope of pink and red, patterned with geometrics on the bar stools and florals on the sofas, may not be to everyone's taste. The upscale class of the hotel, part of Tim and Kit Kemp's Firmdale group, brings in a relaxed crowd.
The cocktail menu steers a course through standards and new creations: a Haymarket Cosmo (£11), for instance, adds limoncello, mint and crushed ice to the expected vodka and cranberry.
The fine staff balance friendliness and professionalism.

I took my wife here as a birthday treat and we had a great time. As the review says, the service balances friendliness and professionalism very well. We would go again.
We went there for my birthday afternoon tea and it was an absolute treat!
Staff were very attentive, food was lovely (the sandwiches and cupcakes especially).
I'll definitely pop in again next time I'm in London :-)
We had a lovely saturday afternoon here - we ended up staying 4 hours!!! Good sandwiches, cakes and amazing scones - all which were never ending. Really good service too and had a relaxed feel. I'd definitely go again
