An oasis of contemporary bar culture in a locality dotted with wine bars and traditional pubs, Mustard is of its own. It stands off the main street, a seemingly small, streamlined pavilion that turns out to be much larger inside.
Red predominates in a space surrounded by low, padded benches, while images of the Far East line a raised lounge area. A second, downstairs bar handles the overflow on clubbier nights.
Cocktails include a Mustard Bison of Smirnoff, Chambord, crème de cassis and raspberries; a Mustard Kiwi makes use of vodka and fresh fruit. Absolut and Beefeater feature in the seven martinis; a handful of them are sold at cut rates during the nightly happy hour.
Wines include a £41.50 Laroche Chablis and a Castillo de Clavijo Rioja (£30.50); food is tarted-up comfort cooking (burgers, sharing platters), with a curry of the day and other Indian dishes added to the mix.

Very very average for a Friday night out - overcrowded, no cultural mix, staff were rude and unaccomodating. I personally wouldnt reccomend for a night out but might be ok for a drink after work. I personally hated everything about this place and the night put on by London Groove. All in all was terrible and will not be returning.
The food was so bad that I felt I had to puke. I had a KGB voucher for this place and the food barely matched the description of what was on the voucher. Only the cheapest things were included and worse food provided as some sort of sick compromise. The sausage had gone-off, and every thing else tasted of the sausage. It had all been cooked together in the same fat. The place should be shut down. We were told to scram after half an hour by the bouncer/waiter who claimed that there was a batchelor's night on, of which were were not previously informed. Cannot recommend this place. Keep away and be healthy!
Great location, friendly staff, lovely food...good value for money! Will be coming back very soon!!!
I went to Mustard last night with a group of 12 people and we had the best time ever. The food was amazing and a bargain for city prices! Service was impeccable and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would definately come back again.
For a bar and restaurant i would definately reccommend this place to everyone. The atmosphere was great especially when the DJ started playing and really got the party started.
I will be back next friday.
I would encourage people to try this place and I am sure you will feel the same as me!
I went here with a voucher and was basically treated like a lower class customer. It was a dreadful experience. The waitress humiliated me purposefully in front of the restaurant by bringing all the courses at the same time, making everyone look at me like i was a greedy pig, and by saying loudly "a bottle of wine, all to yourself?!". She was nasty, rude, and then had the nerve to ask for a service fee on the bill. I will never go here again, and recommend nobody else to waste their money here!
