• Last ever Circle Line party

  • So Boris is Mayor, and one of his first big moves is banning boozing on the tube. Admittedly, this lessens the chances of being harassed by sauced-up nutters, but it also means farewell to that last pre-club beer and sneaky mid-journey swigs. To mark this sad occasion and encourage Londoners to rise up against yet more oppressive legislation, The People's Alliance for the Right to Party are hosting the last ever Circle Line Soirée. To take part don your glad rags, grab a bottle and gather on a Circle Line platform any time after 10pm on Saturday May 31 – the last day of legal sub-level inebriation. The party will takeover the second to last carriage and aims to last for at least one full circuit (50 minutes).
