I'm looking for clue 42. The display was locked when I finally got inside the library (after a false fire alarm kept everyone waiting outside for a while). Anyone want to swap for any other anwers? Amanda, I've already sent you an e-mail with the proposition to swap for clue 4.
    Thanks! lmercier5@hotmail.com

Re: Clue 41 (see post below) .... any news? To clarify, there are two small signs at that theatre, and one corresponds with the clue printed in the mag while the other corresponds with comments made on this thread. Which would you like?

We check the entries ourselves manually - they are not run through a computer...so feel free to take your best shot at answering the clues.
    A few clarifications:
Clue 8: Leda originates in Greek mythology. For those who have asked for clarifications on the clue, the statue relates to a famous story, and a famous piece of artwork.
Clue 12: As long as one of your knees is touching the ground, it is kneeling. Check a dictionary.
Clue 31: Yes, we checked back at the 333, and you are right - there are more than 6 letters. The correct answer would be the first six letters, but if you have answered with the whole word painted there, you'll still be eligible to win the prize.

I am not sure we have to be so specific (I may be wrong) in number 4. Clue 25 - I think it is an Asian flower :-)

I'd like confirmation for clues 4 and 25... I have answers, but the clues are so unspecific I'm not entirely sure I'm right (and I'm not a botanist!)

Thanks everyone - I've been bombarded with good-will (and consistent answers!) x

Jimby, The answer for 26 is the same as that for 28. Hope this helps...

Jimby, I'll swap with you. Will drop you an email.

Leane - clue 31 has been replaced as the red hat bloke has been painted over. If you look at the treasure hunt on this site rather than in the magazine you'll see the new clue.

I think the problem is that they haven't enabled the email links for each questioner's name as they did last year - so there's no way of PMing people. If anyone can let me have the answer to 26 (as the club was very much closed when I visited!) please use jimby321 (at) yahoo.co.uk - I can give any other answer in return. Cheers!

It seems like there are a lot of questions on this blog and no answers. I had the seem problem with 31. I have been back twice, asked staff, searched the web, and still haven't seen any sign of a bloke in a red hat. Any advice anyone?
