In the past few months alone, culinary wizards Bompas & Parr have brought us the world's longest tasting menu, a walk-in cocktail cloud and a museum dedicated to food. And now they're back for more food fun with three wacky workshops this month, including a class that might just be their weirdest venture yet. They're hosting a 'bitter tears workshop' (December 15), where participants will be given the chance to distill bottles of bitters made from their own tears. Yep, they'll be asking folks to turn on the waterworks so that they can be infused along with your choice of aromatic herbs and spices in a high-proof spirit.

But if drinking your own tears doesn't appeal, they're also hosting a festive jelly-making workshop (December 10), where you'll create wobbly masterpieces including a whisky sour concoction infused with citrus and berries and a red wine jelly with star anise, ginger and dried fruit.

Alternatively, to help you limber up ahead of a season of gluttony, they're hosting a yoga workshop (December 6, 14, 20) in the butterfly house at their British Museum of Food. This is definitely one for the die-hard yogis, as you'll need to keep zen while being surrounded by fluttering butterflies in 90 percent humidity and 25 degree heat.

Workshops will be held at The British Museum of Food and at Alcoholic Architecture.
