Patty & Bun is usually all about the burgers (the clue's in the name), but now it's mixing things up in the kitchen and inviting guest chefs to come in and cook whatever the heck they like. Residence is a series of one-off collaborative supper clubs at Patty & Bun's London Fields branch, where the likes of Palomar's Yossi Elad and Berber and Q's Josh Katz will be taking the reigns in the kitchen. Each night will be a set menu, with only one sitting per evening so you'll need to book a ticket if you want to get in. It kicks off on December 8 with Pitt Cue's Tom Adams who will be firing up his smoker and serving a mangalitsa sausage dish alongside copious amounts of cocktails and picklebacks.

Residence is at Patty & Bun Arch, 397 Mentmore Terrace, London Fields, E8 3PH. £50.
