Female writers and journalists who have worked in conflict areas share their stories with Peter Beaumont, Foreign Affairs Editor at the Observer. Participants will include Mexican author Lydia Cacho who won several awards for her exposé of a child pornography and prostitution ring, Der Spiegel war correspondent Carolin Emcke and Danish author Christian Jungersen. Part of the International PEN Free the Word! festival.
