A night of words, music and film featuring contributors to the Caught By The River website's recent anthology of writings on British rivers and other authors, plus live accompaniment from soundscape artist Chris Watson.The evening's line-up includes Gavin Pretor-Pinney and Laura Barton reading from 'Caught By The River: A Collection of Words on Water'; Michael McCarthy reading from 'Say Goodbye to the Cuckoo'; Will Hodgkinson reading from 'The Ballad Of Britain'; and Andrew Brown reading from 'Fishing in Utopia', plus Mike Dibb's unseen 15-minute film interview with the late Roger Deakin and folk supergroup The Memory Band playing a post-show se, featuring the soundtrack to 'The Wicker Man'.
