We've long pointed out that nearly all burlesque roads in London lead back to queen teacher Ms Jo King. Otherwise known as Goodtime Mama Jojo, she's been instructing in the arts of stripteasing and burlesque for more than 30 years.

Now, Jo King and her star protege Miss Polly Rae – head shimmy-shaker of the divine Hurly Burly Girlys – are joining forces to offer this four hour workshop on Saturday July 18 at LA Fitness Golders Green.

There's room for just ten, and they'll each learn two choreographed routines. The emphasis will be on precision of movement and stage presence, and it's just £120 per place, open to all levels.
