Mining the coalface of edgy, alternative performance, this marks Bistrotheque's fifth, hugely important showcase of works-in progress, appropriately enough titled UnderConstruction. It's a rare opportunity for established performers - as well as up-and-coming talent - to present new ideas, whether they be drag queens, musicians, trad cabaret singers or surreal performance artists. This run's final line-up includes LipSinker Blanche DuBois, riotous Russella, Holestar and the Open Mouths.
