Anyone with fond memories of the books or a dusty Paddington Bear sitting on a shelf in their childhood bedroom can rest easy: this first-ever movie take on Peru’s furriest export is a cuddly, thoughtful triumph. But not too cuddly. The beauty of...

Released in the wake of star Paul Walker’s untimely death in a car wreck, ‘Fast & Furious 7’ was always going to lay it on thick with the nostalgic montages and slap on the back, hug-it-out, ‘I’m gonna miss you, dog’ macho bonding. But for all tha...

Updating the story from the Great Depression to the Great Recession, this new ‘Annie’ is a candied corporate fantasia. Annie (Quvenzhané Wallis) is now a plucky New York foster kid who, by chance, becomes the live-in ward of an antisocial billiona...

For the past few years, Disney has been reinventing its style along two lines: the conscientious princess play of ‘Tangled’ and ‘Frozen’ alongside the more modern sensibility of movies like ‘Wreck-It Ralph’ and now this one. ‘Big Hero 6’ has been ...

A smart concept is thoroughly wasted in this cute but grating Dreamworks animated comedy. It opens with an alien invasion – but not one of those messy, bloodthirsty ones. Our new extraterrestrial overlords, the cheerful, squashy Boov, merely want ...

Don’t call this tale of the misadventures of a high-pitched sponge and his random pals living in the undersea village of Bikini Bottom 'kids’ stuff'. Nickelodeon’s animated TV sensation has always been a home for surreal stoner humour, utterly ina...

Enough with the feminism. Disney has clearly had enough of these uppity princesses getting all empowered and messing with their fairytales. After ‘Frozen’, and ‘Into the Woods’, it’s back to the basics of being a princess in director Kenneth Brana...

Great cinema - a variety of large screens & good service. The ushers are always friendly and helpful. The cinema show a better range of films (from large blockbusters to family films to smaller independants) to most large chains - though a few more foreign films wouldn't go a miss! Would recommend Cineworld Enfield to any film fan.
