Time Out says

The Spaghetti Western Orchestra returns with over 100 instruments, performing music from the movies that made Clint Eastwood a star. The Ennio Morricone soundtrack includes themes for The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, For a Few Dollars More and Once Upon a Time in the West. The gang of comic musicians underscore these compositions with sound effects - blowing on bottles, crushing Cornflakes, and 'playing' coat hangers, apples, squeaky toys, rubber gloves, bicycle pumps, nail clippers and more - recreating the punch-ups, gunshots and jangling spurs that define the gun-slinging West.
