The Night Shift throws out formal concert etiquette and offers a relaxed night out, where the audience are free to clap, cough, chat, clatter, and consume alcohol. Barriers are broken down between players and audience as conductor and orchestra talk from the stage, offering insight into the music and a true sense of intimacy and involvement with the performance.
