Over four days this week (Mon-Thur), 88 competitors from 18 countries perform music from 84 Australian composers. Each entrant presents their chosen 20-minute programme, featuring two Australian composers from any period. The categories represented include voice, piano, guitar, violin, viola, cello, mandolin, recorder, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, tuba and marimba.
