Just opposite Clapham Junction station, the Clapham Grand dominates St John's Hill. It's a whopping red brick former music hall, which opened in 1900 and has since been a cinema and a bingo hall.
Nowadays it's a venue and nightclub with a stunning red-and-gold interior, hosting music, comedy and nightlife on a regular basis – think live sets from yesteryear's big hitters, DJ sets with circus acts, speakeasy swing nights and even bingo, with a party vibe of course. For gigs you can even hire a Royal Box.
