The idea is simply to play dodgeball (that game beloved of US schools where you essentially batter other people with a bouncy ball) accompanied by DJs spinning disco soundtracks, with an added huge dose of Xmas everywhere you look. If dodgeball doesn't do it for you, you can max out on all the toys, games and other business usually found at RS, including a bouncy castle, bauble pit (given a Christmas makeover) and much more, including various Xmas-themed activities, such as mince pie munch-offs and pin the tail on Rudolf.
