  • This is deep. Like bottom of the sea deep. Texan-based producer Matthew Dear (who has a different name for each sub-genre, including False, Jabberjaw and, in this case, Audion) has made slick a sound all his own. Made for being played very loud on a crystal soundsystem, this is clicky, whirry, way-down -low techno that'll make you jolt as you jack. Highlights are Matthew's own 'Just A Man/Nothing', Argy's 'A Rhino in a Glass Shop', Seth Troxler's twisted Backclap and Matthew's mixing style.
