The London Freshers' Festival

Remember Pendulum? No? Okay, well they played arena-friendly drum'n'bass and were popular with a lot of young-ish people. Thus, booking them in to headline a freshers' and students' club night is a savvy move. They're playing a DJ set, so you'll likely hear bouncy D&B, electro, club bangers and the like. Across the other two rooms of south London's Coronet, you can hear DJs spinning house, hip hop, garage and other floor-filling tunes.
