Trevor Nelson presents The Summer Sessions

There are times when it seems you can't turn on the radio without hearing the unmistakable voice of Trevor Nelson, he of London 2012 Olympic commentary notoriety, as well as long-time R&B DJ and broadcaster. Taking a breather from his impressive 10-year residency at Pacha Ibiza, he's decided to rock up into west London for a residency at Love & Liquor, which seems to be doing a nice line in celebrity residencies after Idris Elba from 'The Wire' had a go last year. As it's his mainstay, we're guessing that R&B, both classic and contemporary, will be the main vibe of choice, but don't be surprised to hear soul, select hip hop cuts and other slick sounds as well. There'll also be special guests to mix things up.
