The burger van owner and 'Shooting Stars' regular answers Time Out's Ten Big Questions.

You shot to fame on 'Shooting Stars', how has it changed your life?
Yes, it's taught me that you cannot trust people and that you must always be very suspicious of people, because that Mortimer and Reeves stitched me up on that programme and made me look like a right idiot. Now I don't trust anyone, although I didn't really trust anyone before anyway, so my life hasn't really changed that much. I hope that answers the question.

What's the speciality at your burger van 'Angelos Epithemiou's Burgers For All Occasions'?
Hot-dogs and tea. I don't really do burgers, that was just a marketing trick to get the punters in.

There seems to be a natural chemistry between you and Ulrika Jonsson, is it as passionate off screen as it is on?
Yes it is as passionate off screen, although I'm not allowed within thirty feet of her we still manage to keep the passion going. We're very lucky.

How does it feel to be 'Mobile Caterer of the Year'?
I'm not anymore, they stripped me of that award when I had a row with one of the judges. He came to my van and asked for a cup of tea and I gave him a cup of coffee, he said he'd asked for tea and I said he hadn't, then he went mad and asked if he could swap it for a tea instead and I told him to get lost. I think I'd got too big for me boots 'cos of the award. Anyway shortly after that they stripped me of the award and then shortly after that my van blew up (well it was 18 months later). But I think it was the judge what blew it up 'cos he had a history with explosives (I'm not sure if that is true actually). Although my brother has since told me it was him what done it, but I still think it was one of the judges.

Who or what makes you laugh?
I like good comedy. I don't really like the stuff like 'Shooting Stars' 'cos I think it's babyish. I like proper comedy like 'Fresh Fields' and 'The Desmonds', and 'Goodnight Sweetheart', stuff you can really get your teeth into.

What's the best/worst thing about being a comedian/burger van owner?
Now that's about four questions in one innit. Don't think I haven't spotted that. But the best thing about being a burger van owner is the women! You get loads of women chucking themselves at you. And the best thing about being a comedian is having a warm place to stand for 20 minutes a night. Lovely.

Are there any subjects you wouldn't make a joke about?
Catering. I won't go near that subject, there are already too many people out to get me and I wouldn't want to do one on my own doorstep if you know what I mean.

What's your favourite children's joke?
The ones about the deer and the ones about the cliff. Excellent stuff.

What's the most memorable heckle you've ever received?
I asked a crowd of people what impressions they would like me to do, and then quick as a flash someone shouted back Fred West. I had a go at it, but I dunno if it was any good.

Complete this sentence: 'A man walks into a bar…
And 3 months later when he sees an advert on Channel 5 he sues.
