  • Looks like Shannon and others weren't listening to Mr Cain, probably too busy reading the latest Jan Moir article or tweeting another half baker opinion. Pete never made a joke about minorities unless you count the sub genre of people he discriminates against on personality alone ("c***s" he called them) which is a amorphous term. If you're offended on behalf of that group of people I feel sorry for you.

  • If anything, Scott Capurro was more offensive, but I think that's the whole point of the show! Very funny.

  • I agree. Des O'Connor and the East End Cabaret were FANTASTIC, but I just can't believe Time Out would put their name next to a comedian as unfunny and offensive as Pete Cain. Comedy has come so much further than just making fun of minorities you don't belong to.

  • Possibly the worst comedian I have ever seen. If you have to resort to jokes about race, religion, abortion, or the cleavage of a woman in the front row you probably need to find a new career.
