Thanks to the support of the London Metropolitan University, the library's threatened closure has been averted, and they're able to bring us this absorbing new exhibition. Historical artefacts and ephemera related to the struggles of women over the past centuries are drawn together here, beginning with a 1575 book of poetry devoted to the ancient Greek muses and continuing through to the popularity of fringe publishing such as Riot Grrrl and feminist zine culture. Along the way the exhibition takes in the Votes for Women and Greenham Common campaigns, all supported by an audio guide featuring some of Britain's most famous voices, including Sandi Toksvig and Sophie Dahl.
