If you're looking for something that's both new and impressive then this could be your best bet so far this year. Ben Wright's bgroup, is a fine ensemble of five dancers featuring Neb Abbot, Robert Clark, Delphine Gaborit, Keir Patrick and Matthew Winston. This 'Spring Loaded' programme entitled, 'The diminishing present', features three works. 'Thought Latching onto Thought and Pulling', was originally commissioned for The Place Prize in 2006, it iss a quartet for men, set to a score by Tim Sutton. The programme also features a duet 'Passing, Strange and Wonderful' for Gaborit and Clark, and a new quintet 'us'. The atmospheric lighting is by Guy Hoare and the costumes are by dancer Theo Clinkard.
