The third biennial Place Prize begins, giving 20 shortlisted choreographers the opportunity to win £25,000 in Europe's largest choreography competition. The opening programme features film, theatre and opera choreographer Aletta Collins, former DV8 dancer Robin Dingemans, Saiko Kino from the Russell Maliphant Company, New Zealand's Simon Ellis, and deaf dancer Chisato Minamimura exploring her relationship with music.
