Richard Alston Dance Company

Superb British choreographer Richard Alston brings his dance company to Sadler's Wells with four pieces. 'Rejoice in the Lamb', featuring Britten's setting of poetry from Christopher Smart, makes its London premiere, 'Burning' is Martin Lawrance's latest work and features music from Franz Liszt, while 'Nomadic' is Alston's revisiting of Gypsy music and collaboration with dancer-choreographer Ajani Johnson-Goffe. Lawrance's 'Madcap' is the final piece, which is set to a percussive score from Julia Wolfe.
