Since 1936 the Players' Theatre Club has been keeping the traditions of the Victorian and Edwardian music hall alive. As always booze and good grub meet risqué performance and a jolly singalong as the Players' Theatre Club celebrates its seventy-fifth anniversary this month. From its birth in 1936 the Players' Theatre Club has been showcasing many aspect of a Victorian music hall including comedy, magic and a good old knees-up.

For a Time Out Cabaret exclusive the Players' Theatre Club has raided the audio archive and shared some fantastic recordings from 1964.

Join in the anniversary knees-up at Players' Theatre Club 75th Anniversary Extravaganza at Leicester Square Theatre on Sunday November 20.
