What exactly is 50% off - is it food or food & drink???
Upside - better than other 'special offer' sites that make you eat at random times on random days - this one allows 7 days a week at loads of top places
Downside - costs £50.
To answer Bryony's question - only one person needs a card. I went out with 6 people and we all got 50% off the food.
To get the 50% of a pair or say four people dining, do you all need one of the cards?

Good deal - 50% off is nice, especially at Below Zero.
Excellent Deal. The guide is pretty good, but the main thing is the Taste card.
Used it at Andy's Taverna, Silk, Dockmasters and The White Swan - easily saved the cover price and still got 11 more months to use it. Well done to Taste London for such a simple hassle-free product.

Went to Mango Tree last Tuesday, there was 6 of us and we saved over £70 with the Taste Card as there is 50% off the total food bill. Although we had a problem at Slug and Lettuce Islington the week before, the manager didn;t have a clue what it was - all sorted in the end though after he rang their head office.

Bought one a couple of months ago and you are right - you save a lot of money. Paid £70 for my card though (think they'll give me a partial refund in light of the Time Out offer?).

Going to go to Below Zero too,
This scheme is brilliant, I got my card last week. Saved over £40 when I went out with some friends for Lunch and also saved around £30 at Federicks in Islington.
There are no catches either - as you get with most restaurant discount web-sites.
I would highly recomend buying one!
