    Georgie Ferraro
Pilates is a great way to keep fit and tone the body, but if you’d prefer not to do it in a studio, you can always opt for home classes. Georgie Ferraro is a fully qualified studio and mat instructor who operates in north London. If she can park at your home, she’ll bring pilates equipment with her, otherwise it’ll be a mat-based session. Classes cost £55 an hour.

    Pilates Performance
This is an equipment-based studio, but being a centre for teacher training it has a good network of teachers around London who offer home classes. An hour-long private class at home will cost around £50 for a one-on-one, and will be based on mat work exercises.
