Cheap theatre
Some of London’s best theatres offer cheap tickets with decent sightlines. Travelex £10 at the National Theatre, (www.nationaltheatre.org.uk/travelex); £10 Mondays at the Royal Court (www.royalcourttheatre.com); £10 nights at Lyric Hammersmith (www.lyric.co.uk); there's airline seating at Southwark Playhouse (www.southwarkplayhouse.co.uk), with 'early bird' tickets costing £8.

If you look it was written and published in June 2008!!
Wow, some seriously negative reactions. I found it interesting. For more ideas check out http://www.threefreethings.com/in/united-kingdom/london
Very disapointing and not exactly relevant to the winter - boating, outdoor theatre (only on in the summer) and lido-swimming. Hmm, typical January activities. Time-out re-hash of summer article methinks.
I'm with Jim on this
This is an inadequate article and you know it.. I've had better tips from foreign visitors. Someone gets paid for this???
A peek inside the Queen's box? Who could refuse!
A lot of this stuff seems a bit out of date - i.e. aimed at the summer or happened in June. Why is this on the homepage? I wonder.
i love london!
