A week of activities dedicated to the art of hoopla begins with free weekday workshops and builds up to a weekend celebration that takes in a circus hoop workshop with Craig the Incredible Hula Boy, Burly Hulagan Hoopla with Anna the Hulagan, Tracey Chin's experimental hoop dance workshop, a group Spin show, and of course lots of opportunities to show off your emerging or outstanding skills.
