Time Out says

Following a service of thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral and lunch in Westminster Hall, Palace of Westminster, the official Queen's diamond jubilee celebrations culminate in a formal carriage procession. The Queen and other members of the royal family including William and Kate, the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Harry will depart the Palace of Westminster for Buckingham Palace, travelling along Whitehall and the Mall. Military personnel will line the streets and military bands will play along the route. The King's Troop will fire a 60 gun salute and a Guard of Honour will be present in the Forecourt of Buckingham Palace. After the procession, the Queen and senior royals will gather on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to greet crowds and watch an RAF flypast and a 'Feu de Joie' (celebratory cascade of rifle fire) given as a salute by the Queen's Guard.
