Time Out says

Tame but occasionally effective ghost story (an adaptation from Osbert Sitwell), set in Edwardian times, with Lockwood as the young secretary haunted by a murdered woman when she goes to live with an elderly couple (Mason and Mullen) in an elegant country house. Not a patch upon Knowles' loony but marvellous Jassy, although Lockwood and Mason are as effortlessly professional as ever.
