Reactionary vengeance movie, blaxploitation style. Having effortlessly wiped out the entire corrupt white police department of Buchanan (known as Bucktown to the police grafters) to avenge his brother, Williamson's super ghetto-black Duke Johnson falls for the uncharacteristically simpering Pam Grier and opts for a life of macho domestic bliss.
