Time Out says

This third in the Confessions series must be a new low for British comedy, displaying a complete indifference to wit, pacing, timing or observation. Nominally based around the rivalry between two driving instruction schools, it soon bankrupts itself on a series of soft-core gropings, manufactured with awesome clumsiness as women fall for the spectacularly lack-lustre hero.
