Time Out says

Cheesy British pop musical of the early '60s has Tommy (fresh and chipper) doing his bit for 'charidee' as a hard-working talent scout for a recording company, who puts on a benefit concert to save the orphanage where he was brought up. It's nostalgia parade time as the gig goes ahead with the likes of Shane Fenton and the Fentones, Russ Conway, and The Clyde Valley Stompers.
