Time Out says

Dad makes a living parking cars, but his nine-year-old son thinks he's a racing driver - so the kid's in for a shock when they meet, dumped by his Americanised mom for a fortnight in Hong Kong. The concept might serve for, say, Bruce Willis and the latest Macaulay Culkin clone, but that's the best you can say.
