Time Out says

This documentary follows former New York Dolls bassist, Arthur ‘Killer’ Kane in the run-up to the hellraising punk outfit’s 2004 reunion gig at London’s Royal Festival Hall. By then, Kane was long shot of the punk scene; a recovering alcoholic, a recently converted Mormon and an all-round meek soul, he was living in Los Angeles and working as a volunteer researcher for the local Mormon Family Centre. Kane’s guitar had even been lingering in the pawn shop for years. Most moving are the scenes in which Kane meets his old bandmates again for the first time after years of gossip and backbiting but no actual contact. Those not aware of the finer details of Kane’s life will be shocked by the film’s conclusion.
