Sacha Bennett, the director of 2010’s ‘Bonded By Blood’, returns with this new film set in the 1980s, the decade of greed, money, privatisation, unions and dramatic media evolution.  The film stars Bob Hoskins and Jenny Agutter, and it concerns a group of friends who decided to put a big stash of money on a racehorse when they’ve been left in fix after a bad redundancy pay out.

A really nice "feel good" film with comedy and sadness. Eulogy beatifully done. The film should have been called The Mumper - catch and curious.

Are you all on crack? It's complette rubbish! Badly written, badly shot, unfunny and unemotional nonsense and the lead Calum McNab is unquestionably the worst performance I've seen in a long time. 1 star and that's only because I didn't have to pay to see it.

Really lovely film, made me smile the whole way through. Unpretentious, not trying to be anything it isn't and I thoroughly enjoyed it...

British: funny and warm. Will make you laugh and cry with relief at the familiarity of the genre if nothing else. Nice observations of 1982 Wapping - great acting. Definitely go and see it.

A gentle comedy with a real feel-good factor, perfect to lift your spirits in these tough times. Can see this being on Xmas Day telly for years to come. Recommended!
