Calvin Broadus Jr, aka Snoop Dogg, is one of the most colourful and outspoken characters in rap music. In this documentary, he prepares to leave rap music behind and travels to Jamaica in the company of wunderkind producer Diplo to make a reggae record entitled Reincarnated, which he hopes will spark a spiritual reawakening. Far from home, Snoop Dogg immerses himself in the Rastafarian culture and is eventually reborn as Snoop Lion.
