The Clairvoyant

Time Out says
Enjoyable if unremarkable thriller about a phoney music-hall clairvoyant who suddenly discovers that he has genuine prescience in the presence of a girl (Baxter). Things get fraught when his wife (Wray) disapproves of his involvement, even more so when he predicts a tunnel disaster, it takes place (the authorities wouldn't listen), and he is blamed for causing it by having spread panic. Rains lends a touch of credibility to the far-fetched plot.Author: GA
