Time Out says

S Africa, just before the end of apartheid. Sello 'Chicco' Twala is a black pop star/promoter, a millionaire who can't vote. His planned Tracy Chapman concert is falling through and he's quarrelling with his white partner over differences in black and white singers' fees. He shuttles between several sets of wives and children, while arranging for the funeral of his brother, shot by 'gangsters'. (Chicco himself always goes armed.) Plus, he's got Nick Broomfield, festooned with recording devices, on his case. The result feels like only half a film, all loose ends and enigmas, with Chicco coming over as a mix of the sinister and the sympathetic: a snapshot of a complicated man living a strange life in troubled times.

I have watched a few of Nick's Documentary shows, and I really enjoy his work. He appears to be so down to earth and really into the subject he is documenting. I hope to see more of his work in the future. Keep up the great work Nick!
