Time Out says

White voodoo in American suburbia, '40s style! A pleasantly tacky Monogram B movie, with paper-thin action and Bela Lugosi hamming wildly from start to finish as the mad doctor who tries to bring his wife back to life by kidnapping young women for use in psycho-surgery. Two retarded henchmen and a tongue-in-cheek finale save the day.
