This Pride night, it's never easy to know where to go - the club is always busier on the other side of Vauxhall. So head for Elephant & Castle instead. SuperMartXé may be tricky to spell and daunting to pronounce (say super -mar-shay) but get past that and it's fun all the way. It's that rare thing - event clubbing that is throbbingly busy and full-on but with a widespread appeal. The clientele is varied enough to make it friendly, easy-going and almost attitude-free. Music is uplifting and infectious, while the crowd is pumped with fearsome amounts of energy. Stage shows are eye-catching without being so dominating you have to stop dancin' to watch. Queues for cloakroom and toilet are long, so leave your jacket behind and hold your water. Recent events have been hugely enjoyable - we have high hopes for Pride.
