We stayed in the Tophams Hotel Ebury St Belgravia London. The location of the hotel was good, not far from Victoria Train station. The hotel itself is vey small not welcoming. The reciptionist is not at all friendly. Our bedroom was rather outdated and the paint in the bathroom ceiling started coming off. Considering we booked a double room, the only left us one cup for us to make our coffee in the room. The corridoor was dark and narrow. The breakfast room was cramped. They left us a pot of tea but there wasn't enough for 2 cups. I think this is one of the worst hotel that I have ever been in, in London area.
