The National Maritime Museum will be filling their February half-term with a whole heap of activities and performances relating to the nation's favourite mug-filler. Under-fives can join a play session inspired by the ships that brought tea from China (Feb 17, 10.30am-12.30pm and 1pm-3pm), over-fives can hear all about sailor James Robson's life aboard the Cutty Sark tea clipper in hourly interactive performances (Feb 16, 18 and 20, noon-3pm) and all younger visitors can make a cup to hold memories of having tea with family and friends (Feb 16-20, 11.30am-1.30pm, 2pm-4pm). There are also tea ship-making workshops to help visitors discover how tea first got to Britain (Feb 16, 18 and 20, 11.30am-1pm, 1.30pm-4pm). All events are free and no booking is required.
